An Interview with Skhye Moncrief's Druidess Elspeth!

Please welcome the most **clears throat** um...uh...interesting character to my blog today!

AP: So, Druidess Elspeth, tell me why you were sent to find Aidan Gordon.

E: I was sent back through time to find a renegade Time Guardian bent on stealing an artifact and altering history.

AP: But you found yourself attracted to him?

E: Maybe I should laugh here. Who wouldn't? Time Guardians are the kind of men nobody would turn down. Who wouldn't desire a muscled over-sized killing machine? And then there's that problem I encountered. He proved to be my soul mate. Turning away from his touch was the most difficult thing I ever did. Well, as long as I could.

AP: Are you saying you broke time-travel law and slept with the man the fairies chose for you even though you were supposed to kill him?

E: No comment.

AP: Hmmmmm.....I don't see what's wrong with having wild, crazed sex before killing the man! How about I ask a different question? You're a were-assassin? I love were-creatures. :)

E: Not by my choice. I suppose few people opt for the perk. I was sent through time and *enhanced* by the fairies. Let's just say that what I was doing was for the good of humanity.

AP: Interesting. Now, where do I sign up to be a shape-shifting sex-fiend so that I can land me a hottie Time Guardian soul mate?

E: I'm really not supposed to even admit I'm a Time Guardian. Why don't we just end the interview here? Or, I'll change the subject. You write about werewolves, right? What's your deepest darkest werewolf fantasy?

AP: Uh...I'm interviewing you, remember..but since you asked....I often fantasize about vacationing in London and running into Vex Savaker, going to a local pub for a drink and having him sniff me while he tells me what he'll do to me all night long. If you want to know more about Vex, half shapeshifter, half vamp, go to my website at www.alishapaige.com.

Hi, Angie! I have many favorite time periods. I studied archaeology because I an a fool for prehistory. Then, I am a big fan of bagpipes and kilts. So, it's difficult to say when I'd visit. Heck, I'm nuts about cavemen too! REALLY. I'd probably choose Egypt or Ice Age Europe if the culture didn't sport kilts. ;) And who wouldn't want to visit the North American Great Plains' cultures after they took up horsemanship?

Skhye,
How's the time machine doing? I've got a cruise planned. I'm sure I could show you places you nothing about! When are we leaving?

Skhye said...

*snicker* Masha. Why do I think the trip with you would turn into 2001? Hal will get us! We're doomed! DOOMED!

Okay, that's a great way to start the day. Particularly after the kids kick and scream about not wanting to go to school.

Too funny.

Hah! But remember my fascination with folklore and Russian history. Come visit an old place with a modern mentality!
I think I have to write about it...

Skhye said...

Yes! Sounds great, Masha. But I could just see us flying the time machine and getting thrown into chaos and beyond... You know. The typical sci-fi theme--technology out of control! :)

I hear you, Beth! Today is art class and fun day. I'll be gone soon until after lunch. Skhye

Well, Skhye, considering that a time machine would probably involve a quantum gate, a wormhole, and the constant fear of altering time...

Chaos. Absolutely. After all, we know where wormhole led my heroes...
